1. Raise a return request within 3 days after delivery with a clear product photo or video and a valid reason. Requests are reviewed before approval.

2. Damage or misprint must be clearly visible in the submitted proof. Keep a parcel-opening video when available.

3. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for personal preference or satisfaction.

4. Returns are reviewed for verified damage, a wrong item, or a major colour mismatch. Small dots or loose/missing threads are excluded.

5. For fancy sarees, blouse-piece length may be approximately 70–80 cm.

6. Actual colour may vary by 1–5% because of lighting, camera settings, or the mobile display.
